To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment process, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies:

We highly value your time and are committed to maintaining our punctual schedule while providing the highest quality and most affordable laser services in Johannesburg.

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are unable to attend, inform us as soon as possible.

• Cancellation Policy: We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. You will receive appointment reminders via email and WhatsApp. If you cancel within the 24-hour window and we are unable to fill your appointment slot, or if you do not show up, our system will record your appointment as a no-show, and you will be notified via email.

• No-Show Policy: After two no-show appointments, you will be required to prepay for all future appointments. If you do not attend a prepaid appointment, you will forfeit the entire fee.

• Prepaid Packages: If you have a prepaid package and miss an appointment without notifying us, the entire session will be forfeited.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please inform us promptly if you cannot make it to your appointment.
